DAY 1 - Arrival in Goa & Hotel Check-in

Upon arrival at **Goa Airport**, our representative will meet and assist you with your transfer to the hotel in a comfortable **AC vehicle**. On reaching the hotel, complete the check-in formalities and relax after your journey. **Early Check-in:** Early check-in will be provided subject to room availability. If the room is available, you can check in early; otherwise, you may have to wait until the room becomes available as per the hotel’s standard check-in time. Spend the rest of the day at leisure, exploring the surroundings or enjoying the hotel amenities. **Overnight stay at the hotel in Goa.**

DAY 2 - North Goa Sightseeing

After a delicious breakfast at the hotel, get ready for an exciting **North Goa sightseeing tour on a shared basis**. Explore the historic **Aguada Fort**, followed by the vibrant **Baga Beach** and **Calangute Beach**. Continue your journey to the beautiful **Anjuna Beach** and conclude the day at the scenic **Vagator Beach**, known for its stunning coastal views and relaxed atmosphere. After sightseeing, return to the hotel and enjoy the evening at leisure.

DAY 3 - South Goa Sightseeing & Panjim City Tour

After a delicious breakfast at the hotel, get ready for an exciting **South Goa sightseeing tour on a shared basis**. Visit the beautiful **Miramar Beach**, followed by the scenic **Dona Paula**. Explore the historic **Old Goa Churches** and seek blessings at the renowned **Mangeshi Temple**. Continue with a **Panjim City Tour**, exploring the charm and heritage of Goa’s capital, and later visit the **Boat Cruise Point**. **Note:** Boat Cruise tickets are not included in the package and will be at your own expense. After the sightseeing, return to the hotel and enjoy a relaxing evening at leisure. **Overnight stay at the hotel in Goa.**

DAY 4 - Departure from Goa

After breakfast, check out from the hotel and proceed for your **transfer to Goa Airport** in a comfortable AC vehicle for your onward journey. As your memorable Goa holiday comes to an end, take with you beautiful memories and unforgettable experiences. **Tour concludes with happy memories of Goa.**

Payment Policy & Bank Details

 

  • Advance Payment: A specified advance amount is required at the time of booking to confirm the package.

  • Balance Payment: The remaining balance must be paid before the scheduled departure date, as advised by Trip2flight.

  • Booking Confirmation: The booking will be considered confirmed only after receipt of the required advance payment and confirmation from the service providers.

  • Flight Tickets: Flight tickets will be issued after receiving the required payment and are subject to airline availability and applicable fare rules.

  • Hotel Confirmation: Hotel bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the hotel.

  • Early Check-in: Early check-in is subject to room availability and cannot be guaranteed.

  • Payment Delay: Failure to make the payment within the agreed timeline may result in cancellation of the booking or changes in package pricing/availability.

  • Additional Charges: Any additional services or expenses not included in the package will be payable separately by the guest.

  • Cancellation & Refund: Cancellation charges and refund terms will be applicable as per the respective airline, hotel, and service-provider policies.

  • Any amount paid towards the package, including flight tickets, hotel accommodation, transfers, and sightseeing, will be non-refundable.

  • No refund will be provided for cancellation, no-show, unused services, early departure, or missed sightseeing.

  • Early check-in is subject to hotel availability and cannot be guaranteed.

  • Any additional services requested after booking will be charged separately.

 

  • Flight tickets are 100% non-refundable after issuance.

  • No refund will be provided in case of passenger cancellation, no-show, or failure to travel.

  • Flight changes, rescheduling, or cancellations by the passenger will be subject to the airline's applicable charges and fare rules.

  • In case of flight cancellation or major schedule changes by the airline, the applicable resolution will be provided as per the airline's policy.

  • Trip2flight will not be liable for delays, cancellations, rescheduling, or other changes made by the airline.
