In 2015, Kempegovda International Airport was recognized by Skytrax as the "Best Regional Airport in Central Asia". Bangalore terminal has a capacity to handle over 20 million passengers per year and is available for both International and Domestic flights. Terminal 1 is divided into two channels named as red which is for domestic services and the green channel is associated with International services.

Women's safety is a matter of priority so a special pink taxi service is driven by women for women's comfort and safety. You can book your taxi online and taxis will be available outside the terminal building in the taxi lines.
Rickshaw - It is a cheap way of transport for covering short distances in a city like Bangalore. The minimum fare is INR25 for 2 km. Though it's not the safest means of transport.
